**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a customer service oriented medical spa Assistant Manager to help us oversee our spa operations and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the beauty and wellness industry and possess strong leadership skills. W

**Responsibilities:**
- Co-manager day-to-day spa operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and performance management.
- Reception and Phone Management
- Implement and maintain the highest standards of customer service to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Oversee inventory control, retail sales, and product merchandising.
- Develop and implement training programs for spa staff to ensure consistency in service delivery.
- Handle cash register transactions, POS systems, and payroll processing.
- Maintain a clean and organized med spa environment coordinating with landlord, cleaning team, medical assistants and providers..
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
**Experience:**
- Proven experience in the med spa or field.
- Strong knowledge of cash register operations, inventory control, and retail management.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building client relationships.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
- Experience in training development and staff supervision.
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and handling customer inquiries professionally.
