A DAY IN THE LIFE AS AN ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR/BOOKKEEPER
As an Administrative Coordinator/Bookkeeper, you provide support to the organization by assisting with all aspects of administration in the company's corporate office. You will spend a great deal of time focusing on the details and organization, ensuring that all the i's are dotted and t's are crossed. You keep the office running with your ability to anticipate the needs and keep the supply closet well stocked, guaranteeing that everyone is prepared to get the job done each day. You help to process purchases and pay the bills, keeping the organization running. You help organize and distribute uniforms, policy and procedural guides, and many other items the site teams need to be their best.
With attention to detail, you ensure all deadlines are met and records are compliant. You use your organizational skills to prioritize and keep everyone up to date. You use your bookkeeping skills to make sure that the expenses are properly recorded and vendors are paid. You have a tremendous amount of support from the team and learn something new every day. Your communication and interpersonal skills come into play as you interact with residents and collaborate with other staff and management. QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR

High School Diploma

Basic math skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining speed of work and attention to detail without loss to production.

Must successfully complete regulatory and job training requirements

WORK SCHEDULE
This is an on-site full-time Monday-Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm position with a 30-minute lunch break.
