Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting various HR functions and initiatives within the organization.
Duties:
- Implement and administer HR programs and policies
- Assist in talent acquisition processes, including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Handle employee benefits administration and provide guidance on HR policies
- Support workforce management activities and assist in change management initiatives
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations such as FMLA and OSHA
- Utilize ADP HRIS systems for data management
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in ADP recruitment/onboarding/payroll required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
- Knowledge of HR processes, procedures, and best practices
- Familiarity with workforce management tools and systems
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
