International Commissioning Engineers (ICE) is a prominent firm specializing in Commissioning Engineering services for major clients in the United States and internationally. They ensure the performance of facility Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) systems, and compliance with Owner's requirements and LEED qualifications. ICE is currently seeking Mechanical and Electrical Commissioning Engineers to join their team in Atlanta, GA, Raleigh, NC, and Orlando, FL.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Develop strategies for inspecting, evaluating, and testing facility MEP systems.
· Create testing procedures based on engineering specifications, drawings, codes, and Owner's Project Requirements.
· Work on various projects including new and existing facility surveys, auditing, performance analysis, and assessments.
· Work independently on small projects and under the guidance of experienced Project Managers and Engineers on larger projects.
· Collaborate with multiple disciplines within ICE for in-house coordination.
Qualifications:
· Minimum 5 years of experience in an engineering environment.
· Extensive knowledge of building HVAC, electrical, lighting, plumbing systems, and controls.
· Familiarity with construction and national codes.
· Commitment to excellence.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
· College degree in a relevant field.
· Commissioning Certification such as CxA.
· LEED AP with specialty credential.
· Engineer-in-Training (EI) or Professional Engineer (PE) license.
Additional Requirements:
· Ability to work flexible hours.
· Valid driver’s license and passport.
· Willingness to travel to facility locations for meetings and testing.
