```Duties```
As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Your role will involve managing employee relations, talent acquisition, training and development, and implementing HR strategies to support the organization's goals.
-Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
- Oversee employee performance evaluations and provide guidance on performance improvement plans
- Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for employee engagement and retention
- Ensure accurate recordkeeping of employee information in SBV system
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR management
```Requirements```
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement process improvements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Familiarity with budgeting processes for HR department
- Knowledge of FMLA regulations is a plus
- Nursing Home Experience PREFERRED
