Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure efficient operation in our office environment.
Duties:
- Perform general office tasks such as answering phones, managing emails, and maintaining office supplies
- Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Maintain filing systems and databases
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
- Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in medical receptionist or medical office settings is a plus
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is advantageous
- Familiarity with event planning or real estate administrative tasks is beneficial
- Previous experience in dental office administration or office management is desirable
- Computer literacy and the ability to adapt to new software applications

Pay: $23.22 - $27.43 per hour
