We are seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of Human Resources Coordinator in its Omaha office.
Qualifications include…
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3-5 years' experience
PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus
Proficient in an applicant tracking system, i.e. ICIMS or ability to learn
Strong Word and Excel skills
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, priorities, and meeting deadlines
Ability to work well with and receive direction from others
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks
Duties & Responsibilities include…
Manage the full recruitment process including posting and renewing job listings, reviewing resumes, setting up and documenting interviews, and generating offer letters
Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including setting up first-day orientation schedules, generating welcome emails, conducting HR orientation, processing new hire paperwork, and following up on outstanding paperwork
Administer insurance processes, including monthly invoice processing, verifying payroll withholdings against insurance invoices, enrolling, and terminating employees in insurance products, and preparing payroll notices
Coordinate offboarding, including scheduling exit interviews, processing termination paperwork and checklists, coordinating final payroll deductions, terminating benefits, and notifying the COBRA outsourcing company
Maintain the HR intranet site
Manage service awards, including preparing cards, check requests, ordering corporate wear, and coordinating delivery
Provide support for employee mentoring, internship, and training programs, including scheduling and email communications
Provide support as needed for student outreach efforts in the Omaha office, i.e. scheduling job shadows and field trips, registering for career fairs, and coordinating volunteers
