Responsibilities
The Technical Targeting Analyst (TTA) will provide mission critical support to the Intelligence Community (IC) by reviewing, analyzing, and responding to requests for a variety of analytic products covering a wide spectrum of topics relevant at the national and global level. He or she will have a background in counterintelligence support to IC targeting priorities. All team members are expected to positively support a blended government and contractor team environment through excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Requires 5 years with BS/BA or 3 years with MS/MA or 0 years with PhD.
- Must possess an active, current Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with polygraph;
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, or 4 additional years of relevant technical experience may be accepted in lieu of degree;
- 6+ years of experience across technical competencies, such as: analysis, network engineering, network security, vulnerability assessment, technical collection, penetration testing, red teaming, hardware engineering, software reverse engineering, cyber operations, and/or computer exploitation;
- 3+ cumulative years of experience across multiple INTs;
- Experience analyzing current and emerging intelligence issues, and creating intelligence reports;
- Demonstrated experience with IC technical targeting tools and databases;
- Demonstrated strong analytic, writing, and briefing skills when presenting results of research and analysis;
- Solid organizational skills and the willingness and ability to adapt to dynamic and unexpected customer requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Foreign language skills (spoken, written, or reading);
- Demonstrated experience with IC writing style and related systems;
- Basic working knowledge of telecommunications topics of interest to the IC

Target Salary Range
$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
