Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to the clinic's staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. Guide the team in achieving optimal patient outcomes and financial success.
- Clinical Expertise and Treatment Planning: Work closely with the therapy team to develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' goals, medical conditions, and functional limitations.
- Intervention Management: Implement and modify treatment interventions using various therapeutic techniques, exercises, manual therapy, and specialized equipment.
- Progress Monitoring: Oversee the monitoring and documentation of patients' progress, including functional improvements, pain levels, and treatment outcomes.
- Patient Education: Collaborate with the therapy team to educate patients and their families on injury prevention, therapeutic exercises, and self-care techniques.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Foster collaboration with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment.
- Professional Development: Stay abreast of advancements in the field of physical therapy, actively participating in professional development activities.
Qualifications:
- Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with patients, families, and a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple patients and prioritize tasks.
