Key Responsibilities:

- Provide guidance to less experienced team members.

- Lead support functions for multiple business groups.

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Business Operations or Leadership experience.
- Experience in banking or financial operations (2+ years).
- Knowledge of Wires/Payments and Payment Investigations (2+ years).
- Familiarity with Six Sigma methodology.
