We’re looking for a high energy, enthusiastic individual who is fitness minded and eager to share our story and success with everyone who walks through the door or calls for more information or who expresses even the slightest bit of interest in improving themselves.
StretchLab is revolutionizing the wellness industry through our specialized one-on-one assisted stretching. Our team of experts already certified in an array of related fields – physical therapy, chiropractic medicine, yoga, Pilates, and more are highly trained through our proprietary Flexologist training program and are truly changing lives daily.
POSITION:
- Lead and participate in marketing and outreach events
- Assist with the sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close
- Sell memberships to help the studio thrive
- Greet everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge
- Present available services to current or prospective members
- Work at our front desk which includes answering phones, talking to members, and booking sessions among other tasks
- Conduct tours of the studio while establishing a relationship and targeting individual’s needs and wants
- Work hand in hand with flexologists to guide first time visitors through their first stretch experience
- Emphasize and enforce objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider
- Follow up on prospective clients and missed appointments
- Handle member’s concerns in a professional and objective manner with the goal of resolution
- Ensure all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
- Fitness knowledge or background is preferred but not required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of fitness sales or membership sales preferred
- Excellent communication, and customer service skills required
- Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships and retail
- Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system
- Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday
- Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Must have proficient computer skills
- Daily and/or occasional travel may be required.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
