A Trust Operations Associate provides work of considerable difficulty to an assigned, specific functional area of the Trust Department through research and analysis and the performance of varied supportive tasks. Employees in this position provide technical support to the daily operations of the assigned area. Areas of assignment could include (but may not be limited to) audit and compliance; trust accounting system; and/or trust operations.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:
· Performs file maintenance on system to reflect account setup/maintenance ranging from corrections, seasonal address changes, phone numbers, etc.
· Prepare/review various reports
· Post incoming/outgoing ACH and/or wires as needed
· Monitor system ticklers / alerts, taking necessary action as required
· Responsible for client account setup and maintenance reviews as well as online access
· Prepare conference rooms for meetings
· Perform Family Office Duties per client instructions
· Sort and distribute mail daily
· Monitor supplies and stationery for office, order as needed
· Update CRM system with notes from client interactions
· Other duties as assigned
Qualifications

· Proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office products and familiarity and basic working knowledge or ability to learn the bank’s Trust information systems that are applicable to the area of assignment.
· Ability to work as an effective team member within the department.
· Ability to follow prescribed and detailed procedures to solve moderately complex problems and collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
· Ability to communicate orally to others to convey information effectively.
· Ability to manage time and be efficient and effective in the completion of assignments.
· Knowledge of arithmetic and their applications specific to the position.
Required Education and/or Experience
· High School Diploma required. Additional years of education in a field related to the area of assignment are preferred.
· Minimum of two (2) years of experience in the area of assignment.
· Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office Systems.

Other Requirements
· May be required to attend activities outside the bank to stay abreast of new developments, best practices, and statutory and regulatory changes.
