As a Sales Representative at DataMax System Solutions, you'll:
- Engage with major Enterprise companies all across the US. Some of our customers include National Retail and Hospitality clients, offering them cutting-edge Point of Sale hardware solutions and other IT hardware and services.
- Collaborate with national IT departments to address business needs effectively.
- Empower retailers to enhance productivity and efficiency while reducing costs.
- Deliver top-notch asset management services, annual maintenance, and system integration solutions.
- Attend national computer (and handheld mobile device) hardware industry trade shows/conventions (we fly you out to these events), where you will meet others who share a passion for things like: IT hardware including label printers, laptops, Point of Sale hardware (e.g. Credit Card payment terminals used by retailers), peripherals such as printers, mobile devices, barcode scanners, price scanners, bi-modal scanners, consumer price verifier scanners, etc..
- You will be provided with awesome sales tools such as: lead generators (that actually work!), and cutting edge customer engagement tools to assist you in developing relationships with not only our existing customers but new prospective clients as well.
Qualifications we're looking for:
- Proven Sales Track Record: Bring at least 3 years of B2B Sales experience to the table - selling to Enterprise companies. We are looking for true sales leaders. Individuals who have worked hard over to the past several years to build a book of business, comprised of decision makers at enterprise companies responsible for the buying and selling of IT hardware or software.
- Positive Attitude: We value coachability, high energy, and a hunter mentality.
- Effective Communicator: Whether interacting with clients or colleagues, your communication skills should shine at every level.

Compensation:
Base pay is commensurate with experience. There are sales reps that have 1 year of experience and there are sales reps that have 20+yrs of experience and everything in between. We pay based on the individual's level of experience as well as the value they bring to the company.
