Job Description
The Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent will assist guests and balance accounts from the day shift. You will provide excellent customer service to guests and keep the front desk running smoothly. Part time with experience.
Responsibilities:
- Checking in guests and handling their overnight requests.
- Answer phones and make reservations.
- Post and reconciliation of guest accounts.
- Respond and resolve guest complaints and emergencies.
- Assist with folding laundry.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the front desk area.
- Set up breakfast for guests.
- Perform other duties as assigned by General Manager or Front Desk Manager.
Skills
- Customer service experience (1-2 years) is preferred but not required.
- Excellent math skills.
- Professional attitude.
- Eye for detail.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
