WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
The right candidate will:
- Maintain compliance with various computer programs and systems such as Oracle and EDI.
- Accurate data entry required for standard orders / direct shipments;
- Order acknowledgements, invoicing, debit/credit memos, shipping instructions, and maintaining customers e-mail address in computer system for automatic mailing of invoices and entering of special discounts.
- Customer backorder maintenance
- All customer satisfaction functions
- Interface with warehouse supplying shipping instructions, working out inventory problems (short stock) and creating Kaizen opportunities in the department.
- Oversee warehouse office safety, security, equipment & supplies as well as department personnel including training on all job functions, productivity & attendance.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Successful candidates will have the following knowledge and experience:
- Common software capabilities including Word, business e-mail skills
- Automotive Aftermarket Experience a plus
- Inventory experience preferred
- High School Diploma
- Must be able to operate a personal computer, telephone and other office equipment.
- Must perform job duties onsite, except those duties that are customarily or by their nature performed offsite (for example, offsite customer visits).
- Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment where constructive criticism is encouraged.
- Must be able to work on multiple assignments at once, and complete assignments within deadline and budget (if applicable) with satisfactory quality.
- Must be able to operate as an effective team member.
- Must be committed to a high standard of safety and be willing and able to comply with all safety laws and all company safety policies.
- Must maintain an acceptable attendance record.
- Must be willing and available to work such weekends and holidays as necessary and desirable to meet business needs.
HOURS
Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
PAY
$18/hr+ DOE
