Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various maintenance tasks and possess strong mechanical knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance procedures on building systems
- Fabricate and weld metal components as needed
- Utilize Ohmmeter to troubleshoot electrical systems
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance tasks as required
- Perform residential painting tasks when necessary
- Maintain and repair equipment within facilities
- Oversee facilities maintenance operations
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance
- Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to lead and supervise maintenance teams
- Proficiency in fabricating and welding metal components
- Familiarity with using an Ohmmeter for electrical diagnostics
- Experience in residential painting is a plus
- Proficiency in utilizing CMMS for work order management
- Leadership skills to coordinate maintenance activities efficiently
