To maintain the highest level of services offered to guests through management of the functional areas of Bell, Door & Valet Parking services
JOB FOCUS:
Focus is on, but not limited to the following:
- Oversee Guest Services operations with direct accountability for leadership of Guest Services Operations
- Provides exceptional, courteous, friendly service to guests and associates that differentiates us from the competition
- Presents a clean, neat and well-groomed appearance
- Maintains a working knowledge of the facilities, as well as special events on property, in order to advise guests and fellow associate of same, whenever possible
- Full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policies and procedures
- Conduct pre-shifts and ensure fellow associates are informed of all current information
- Ensure all workstations are fully stocked by conducting inventory checks
- Ensure day-to-day Guest Services operations are running efficiently, this includes staffing levels and upholding associates to the highest level of service standards and productivity
- Supporting company and hotel policies and procedures including the promoting and participation in Employee Engagement, Health and Safety, and Guest Service initiatives
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge of Front Services operation in a similar resort setting
- One to Two (1-2) or more years’ experience in a similar resort setting
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Must have the ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal forms
- A professional demeanor and attire is to be maintained at all times
- Must have strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to working independently with little to no supervision
- Must be able to perform in a team environment
- Possess the ability to motivate and maintain effective working relationships across all levels of staff and leadership
- Previous experience in a high-end luxury Gaming or Hospitality environment is desired
- Must have exceptional time management skills
- An intermediate to proficient understanding of Computer systems such as: Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook is preferred
- Proven ability to resolve guest conflicts with ease or determine if management is needed in certain guest situations
- Ability to operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- A valid NV Driver’s License is required and must be obtained before entering this position
- A valid Alcohol Awareness Card is required and must be obtained before entering this position
- Must be 21 years of age or older
