Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT/ICT/Telecom sector.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the IT/ICT/Telecom industry.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the technical team to develop customized solutions for clients.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the IT/ICT/Telecom industry.
- Strong understanding of IT/ICT/Telecom services and solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
