ning new projects on CRM post sale
* Overseeing projects with salesman
* Opening and closing physical and online files
* Making sure all contracts are legally binding / signed correctly by customer and salesman
* Updating CRM with status of project
* Opening tasks, and keeping up to date with progress report on each project
* Communicating with sales reps to understand status of project
* Escalating tasks/ projects that are not progressing
* Taking calls from suppliers
* Taking calls for payments over the phone
* Communicating with customers, City Halls, for permits etc
* Making sure each project is smooth from opening to closing
* Calling customers for feedback after each project is finished
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
* 8 hour shift
* Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
* Los Angeles, CA 90019: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
