Plastic Cabinetmaker
A leading manufacturer in the semiconductor, nanotech, and biotech industries, with a reputation for innovation and quality is looking for an experienced plastic cabinetmaker / welder.

NOTE: We're seeking a welder experienced specifically in plastics
(not MIG/TIG metal, not wood)

Job Functions:
- Perform plastic welding operations using hot air welders.
- Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to understand project specifications.
- Prepare materials for welding, including selecting appropriate tools and equipment.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure welded components meet specifications and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with the production and engineering team to optimize welding processes and improve product quality.
- Troubleshoot welding equipment and adjust as necessary to maintain efficiency and quality.
Required Qualifications:
Education:
- High School Diploma required
- Associates Degree or Certification a plus
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Plastic Cabinetmaker / Welder or a similar role.
- Proficiency in polypropylene welding techniques and familiarity with welding equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- A commitment to safety and quality.
