Right at Home is hiring for an inside sales rep! We provide non-medical home care to the senior population in the Bay area. Hours are on-site Monday through Friday 8a-5p. Inside Sales Rep will be pivotal on our team, spearheading efforts to drive growth and expand our client base. Key responsibilities include proactively reaching out to prospective clients, nurturing leads, and actively engaging with the community to bolster our presence. We are a growing office and our office staff wears multiple hats. Inside Sales Rep will also assist other departments including our front desk and human resources. Competitive pay starting at $25/hour.
Essential Functions of Inside Sales Rep:
- Initiating Contact: Promptly respond to inbound sales inquiries and actively pursue new client leads, demonstrating a keen ability to identify and seize opportunities for engagement.
- Client Engagement: Conduct thorough consultations with potential clients, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs and foster strong relationships from the outset.
- Outreach and Visibility: Utilize various channels, including social media platforms, to amplify our online presence and optimize search engine visibility, thereby enhancing brand awareness and attracting new clientele.
- Educational Advocacy: Serve as a knowledgeable resource for healthcare professionals, institutions, and the wider community, providing valuable insights into our services and their benefits through informative interactions and educational initiatives.
- Strategic Networking: Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with healthcare stakeholders through targeted sales visits and participation in relevant industry events, ensuring sustained referral flows and fostering mutually beneficial relationships.
- Promotional Activities: Act as a brand ambassador for the agency, representing us at health fairs, community gatherings, and other events geared towards promoting our services and fostering connections within the community.
- Performance Tracking: Regularly monitor and report on key sales metrics to management, offering valuable insights into market trends, client preferences, and areas for growth.
Qualifications of Inside Sales Rep:
- Sales and Marketing Acumen: Possess a minimum of 1 year of proven experience in sales, marketing, or healthcare-related fields, demonstrating a track record of success in driving revenue and achieving targets.
- Communication Mastery: Exhibit exceptional communication skills and a talent for building rapport, enabling effective engagement with diverse audiences and fostering enduring relationships.
- Drive and Organization: Display a high level of self-motivation and organizational prowess, exhibiting a proactive approach to sales initiatives and a steadfast commitment to exceeding sales objectives.
Requirements of Inside Sales Rep:
- Associate's Preferred, High School Diploma/GED required.
- 1+ year sales experience in healthcare or homecare.
- 3+ experience in healthcare or homecare.
