The CI Coach will be responsible for leading and facilitating continuous improvement initiatives within the AbbVie IT organization. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, develop strategies, and implement sustainable solutions to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and quality.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with departmental leaders to identify improvement opportunities and establish measurable goals.

Lead and facilitate CI projects, utilizing various methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.

Conduct process analysis, identify bottlenecks, and develop action plans to streamline operations.

Train and mentor employees on CI principles, tools, and techniques to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Monitor and evaluate the progress of CI initiatives, ensuring adherence to timelines and desired outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management).

Proven experience as a CI Coach or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced IT environment.

Strong knowledge and practical application of CI methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma root cause tools and statistical analysis.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Strong skills in JQL code, Power BI, Minitab, and Microsoft Office preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a CI-related role, preferably in a similar industry or organization.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing CI initiatives, resulting in measurable improvements.
Certifications:
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma (green belt or above) required.
