As our Outside Sales Representative, you will be tasked with persuading leads to create accounts with us.
We need someone who is:
- Self-motivated and confident
- Great at building strong interpersonal relationships
- Able to work independently and manage time and tasks effectively
- A big picture thinker but has the ability to follow up on details promptly
This is initially a commission-based position with uncapped earning potential based on sales numbers and performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Use sales channels to generate leads in your assigned territory
- Analyze the current systems of your leads to find opportunities for improvement
- Report regularly to the Sales Manager
- Educate leads of the benefits of our products and processes
- Develop and present customized solutions to each lead- based on their unique needs
- Create detailed sales proposals and customized presentations for prospects highlighting the features, benefits, and ROI of solutions offered
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Proven experience in lead generation and CRM
- 2 years of experience in a marketing or sales role
- Strong track record of success in outside and inside sales campaigns
- Proficiency with Excel and CRM systems
- Hands-on experience with lead generation channels
- Willingness to travel within the designated sales territory
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

For this role, you will be working with leads in one of the following territories: Cincinnati, Nashville, Indianapolis, St Louis, Lexington, or surrounding areas.
