Life Sharing Specialist
Monday – Friday, standard business hours (with On Call rotation)
Hybrid remote / mobile / in office position
KenCrest is seeking a Life Sharing Program Specialist to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) in Berks and Upper Montgomery Counties.
As a Life Sharing Specialist, you will be responsible for the oversight and support of I/DD individuals in a family-style Life Sharing arrangement. This is done by providing an array of support to the individual by managing and attending medical appointments, facilitating monthly meetings with the Life Sharing family, providing financial oversight, personal advocacy, documentation and care plan implementation in compliance with State (PA Chapter 6500) and Program regulations, and much more!

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services (or related field)
- Minimum two (2) years’ experience working with individuals with I/DD
- Experience working with families and person-centered planning, preferred
- Experience working with State (PA Chapter 6500) and Program regulations, preferred
- Valid Driver's License
- Clear criminal record and other background checks in accordance with state requirements
