ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
The Finance and Administration Director will maintain all the daily fiscal and administrative aspects of PRC programs. This includes all grants, fund-raising activities, special programs and any other financial activities undertaken by PRC. The Finance and Administration Director also monitors the status of all revenues and expenses, monitors PRC’s fiscal health and makes recommendations when appropriate.
EXAMPLES OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Maintain all daily fiscal aspects of PRC programs, including all grants, fund-raising activities, special programs and any other financial activities undertaken by PRC.
- Maintain accurate records of all fiscal aspects of PRC.
- Prepare monthly fiscal reports for funding sources and for the Board of Directors.
- Perform forecasting reports to assist Executive Director with strategic planning, and analysis of PRC’s fiscal health.
- Work with the Treasurer of the Board of Directors and with Executive Director to ensure fiscal accountability.
- Manage all Payroll records, including timesheets, bi-weekly payroll submission, and payroll reconciliation to budget.
- Coordinate annual external audit, including preparation of audit worksheets, schedules and materials.
- Manage HR policies and implementation, including the time-keeping system, PTO tracking, employee benefits management, organizational insurance management and ensure compliance with HR related laws.
- Ensure that agency is in compliance with all administrative and fiscal laws and regulations and has filed all necessary tax and informational returns on a timely basis.
- Manage leases and service contracts to make sure they are current, and amendments are processed as required.
- Supervise the Administrative Staff, including the Office Coordinator and Development and Communications Coordinator.
- Assist Executive Director with budget and grants analysis.
- Monitor IT services and communicate with Managed Services Provider regarding computer or networking issues.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in financial and accounting field.
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Office software and QuickBooks.
- Nonprofit and grant experience preferred.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and to organize and maintain a diversified workload.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
