NightRider Jewelry is in search of an Operations Manager to join our team in assistance to the Store Manager at our Scottsdale Fashion Square location. While leading the team in sales, they will also be heading duties like conducting inventory, implementing corporate policies, scheduling, and ensuring overall efficiency of store processes.
OUR OPENING:
Retail Store Operations Manager in Scottsdale, AZ.
This is a full-time position at our Scottsdale Fashion Square location, and you MUST be available to work weekends and holidays.
Required skills that will be essential to success in this role are:
- A minimum of 1 year in a management or leadership position
- Proven sales track record
- Knowledge of Diaspark ERP systems is a plus.
- Customer based and team player mentality.
- Time Management, communication, and follow through skills.
- Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of the store’s operations and customer service.
- Proficiency in conflict management and problem solving.
- Knowledge of business productivity software and an aptitude for learning new applications.
Responsibilities include:
- Incorporate Core Values into everyday processes.
- Be a Leader in Sales and providing the NightRider Experience while maintaining all store operational duties.
- Maintain constant communication with managers, staff, and NightRider’s Corporate Office to ensure proper operations of the company.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols.
- Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company’s operations.
- Ensure operational activities remain on time and within budget.
- Implementing and enforcing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Track new hire development and training.
- Creating and maintaining scheduling for the store (employees and maintenance services).
- Oversee materials and inventory.
