We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual for a pivotal role as a full-time Commercial Property Manager! Starting as soon as possible, you will be working alongside the property management team in all aspects of Commercial Property Management, including operations and financial reporting. The Property Manager is responsible for the day-to-day implementation of those policies, procedures, and programs that will ensure a well-managed and maintained property.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Contract administration
- Tenant improvement and construction management
- Manage vendor relationships; negotiate contracts that provide quality service at the best value and hold vendors accountable for maintaining high performance standards
- Analysis and preparation of monthly financial reports, including detailed executive summaries
- Oversee delinquency reports and monthly collections of rent, requiring a substantial understanding of tenant ledgers and accounting procedures, both cash and accrual.
- Create annual operating budgets and CAM reconciliation, requiring substantial knowledge of expense pools, CAM cap’s, base years, etc.
- Activity and inspection reports
- Respond to site emergencies and complete incident reports as needed
- Review and approval of property invoices
- Other duties as assigned

- High School diploma required, college degree a plus
- 3+ years of commercial property management experience focused on portfolio management
- California Real Estate Salesperson’s license is required
- Excellent communication skills to talk with and/or email tenants, vendors and clients
- Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Experience working with MRI, AVID, and Kardin budgeting software
- Must be organized and possess the ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Pay: $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
