We are looking for a full-time Parts Counterperson. We need a self-motivated and dependable employee that will quickly and efficiently perform all parts tasks.
Automotive experience preferred but not required. We will train the right candidate. Pay depends on experience.
Job duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist customers in ordering parts in person or over the phone including processing orders and returns
- Accurately provide customer with order availability, updates, and delivery eta
- Researching part number, pricing, and availability from manufacturers
- Process and complete orders from Service
- Maintaining organizational system of the parts department
- Maintain store accessory displays
- Ensure that parts and accessories are correctly inventoried, stocked, and readily available for resale
- Assist in receiving/stocking incoming merchandise.
Qualifications:
- MUST have strong attention to detail and be able to multi-task
- Automotive experience preferred but not required.
- Able to lift minimum of 50 pounds
- Have a valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
- Professionally interact with customer, service advisors and staff
- Ability to ask questions and work independently as well as part of a team
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and dependability through good attendance and timeliness
- Must be able to work some Saturday’s.
