Duties and Responsibilities:
- General Housekeeping
- Ability to read and follow written procedures and wear PPE as required..
- Responsible for accurate weighing and mixing of raw materials to manufacture cakes of polyurethane
- Off load ovens
- Pour batches
- Load hotbox as scheduled
- Clean liners, trays, ovens, racks, and floors as scheduled or directed
- Maintain necessary records.
- Move materials as necessary in performance of duties.
- Ability to work on fork lift, electric pallet jack, scales, strapping machine, stretch wrapper, drum mover, drum tipper, skids, etc.
- To obtain and maintain valid fork truck license.
- Detect and report improper operation, faulty equipment, defective materials and unusual conditions to supervisor.
- Maintain work area and equipment in clean, safe, and orderly condition.
- Follow established company rules and regulations, safety precautions and maintain quality standards.
- To be able to record information on to logs and work orders with high level of accuracy.
- Perform other related duties as required or as directed by your supervisor.

- Basic math skills – able to calculate gross, tare, and net weights
- Computer skills – must be able to use email system (Outlook), Internet training (Active Learner).
- Experience in plastics industry is preferred but not required.
- Must have good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must have the ability to work well with others in a team environment.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Vision correctable to 20/20.
- Hearing correctable to unamplified human voice.
- Manual dexterity: excellent
- Ability to meet safety, regulatory, and health guidelines without assistance.
- Continuous mental/visual concentration
- Regular punctual attendance.
- Adherence to all safety rules and vigilance in safe workplace practices.
