Position Overview
The Enterprise Sales Executive will be instrumental in growing and nurturing direct sales through a variety of channels, including marketing lead conversion, trade show contacts, and individual lead generation. This role is a key player within the sales team, engaging in both sales activities and business development. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, the primary clients will include medium to large companies across North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive direct sales initiatives.
- Develop and execute a lead-to-customer process that enables exceeding sales and revenue targets.
- Meet and surpass KPIs and sales goals.
- Implement outbound campaigns and activities.
- Build and develop a client portfolio.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the product offering and value proposition.
- Contribute to business development efforts.
- Participate in co-marketing campaigns.
- Stay informed about the competition.
- Manage pipeline and forecasting through Salesforce.
Required Competencies and Experience
- 6+ years of experience in a quota-carrying role within a competitive B2B market.
- Proven ability to communicate the business value of enterprise B2B technology.
- Understanding of partner programs from technology vendors.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
- Track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to build credibility and strong relationships at all levels.
- Experience with consultative or value selling is preferred.
- Driven and competitive with a strong desire to overachieve.
- Curious, coachable, and eager to learn.
- Passionate about enhancing customer satisfaction and building customer relationships.
- Comfortable with hands-on contribution.
- BA/BS preferred or equivalent experience.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
