Starting shift would ideally be Wednesday July 19, but can start later this week or whenever timing aligns with the right candidate. Typical shift could be 1pm-5pm for 4 hours of work as a line cook assisting the head chef, but hours of choice are up for discussion to fit when you feel you perform best as any 24 hrs of the day are doable (kitchen access is 24/7 - so night owls or morning birds and everything in between can be accommodated.) Recipes and ingredients are provided and kitchen uniforms available for borrow (hat, apron, jacket, gloves, etc.) Looking for someone who is experienced and flexible with hours being part-time to start. Prefer to interview candidates via video call and if it's a great fit there will be opportunity for more hours, added responsibility (with bonus pay and title promotions to Sous Chef+), and potential for future business ownership options. Up-to-date Food Handler's Certificate is required by the government for safety. Language preferences include English (primary) and Bulgarian (optional.) All cooking tools are provided in the restaurant kitchen including knives, though you're welcome to bring your own too if preferred. Equipment primarily used includes open flame stove top burners, ovens, electric hand mixers/whisks blenders etc, and occasionally the deep fryer - bonus if you have experience using the latter.
