Better Together Supports (BTS) is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a crucial role in providing personalized care and support to our clients within their homes.

Responsibilities:
- Client-Centered Care: Work directly with clients in their homes, assisting with daily living activities, personal care, and community integration. This may include; ambulating, grooming, toileting, dressing, eating, or other necessary daily functions.
- Creativity and Independence: Use your creativity to address individual needs and empower clients to achieve their goals.
- Clear Communication: Collaborate with team members, clients, and their families to ensure effective care coordination.
- Empathy and Compassion: Understand the unique challenges faced by individuals with I/DD and provide compassionate support.
- Problem-Solving: Be proactive in identifying solutions and adapting to changing circumstances.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
- Experience working with individuals with I/DD preferred
- Compassion, patience, and a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
- Clear and timely communication skills
- Ability to professionally interact and support guardians and parents, as well as your clients
- Position may require driving. Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance required.

Pay: $21.00 - $22.50 per hour
