Job Title: Parent Navigator

Job Summary: The parent navigator works to lead the group and private coparenting psychoeducation sessions. The parent navigator will teach skills utilizing various techniques such as role-modeling and scenarios in the group sessions. The parent navigator will teach skills that will allow parents to complete a parenting plan at the end of the program. Although we seek a licensed professional therapist, services rendered are not license-based services.
Example of typical schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday , Thursday 4-6 hours per day . Saturday as needed 3 hours.

Duties/ Responsibilities:
· Promotes the success of the company
· Ensures quality skills teaching and psychoeducation is provided to customers
· Evaluates coparents comprehension of program material
· Encourage parent participation in the activities
· Assist parents in establishing goals for individualized parenting plan
· Establish rapport with coparents
· Maintain confidentiality
· Stays current on psychological best practices as to provide the most relevant and current psychoeducation to clients
· Conduct goal-oriented psychoeducation in private & large groups settings
· Keeps accurate documentation of client sessions
· Attends weekly meetings (in-person & virtually) to review updates to the program
· Delivers engaging and informative skills-training to coparents
· Other duties that are not clearly outlined above may be assigned
