Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and oversee the nursing staff in a charge nurse role.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and ensure accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment for patients and staff.
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and self-care techniques.
Qualifications:
- Valid nursing license (RN or LPN) in the state of Wyoming.
- Strong knowledge of primary care principles and practices.
- Proficiency in performing physical examinations and pain management techniques.
- Ability to lift and move patients with proper body mechanics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
