Commercial Kitchen Installations, TIG Welding, and Stainless Steel Metal Fabrication.
- Knowledge of commercial food service kitchen equipment including repairs, maintenance, field measurements, and installation techniques.
- Knowledge of metal working and manufacturing such as grinders, polishers, and welders.
- Applicants must have their own basic tools.
- Manage a daily install schedule (locally and short term travel required).
- Assumes responsibility for care and operations of tools and equipment.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve problems.
- Experience with construction site environment and/or facility.
- Ability to lift 75 lbs. or more.
- Operate necessary equipment/tools to perform the repairs.
General knowledge of construction safety procedures.
- Ability to operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
- Accept responsibility and take direction to follow safety procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Ability to self-manage, work productively individually and as a team with other colleagues.
- Have a positive solution-oriented attitude in an ever changing environment.
- Flexible in schedule to enable the company to meet customer needs – overtime and weekends may be necessary and required.
Skills and Education
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
- Must pass a background and drug testing.
- Have reliable transportation to and from work.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Nights as needed
- Weekends as needed
