POSITION: As store manager, you'll be in charge of all store operations. This includes managing a team of about 25 people (up to 7 employees in the building at a time), organizing the days events and creating the schedule, interacting with customers to ensure a positive experience, conflict resolution for employees and customers, ensuring the brand experience is always being properly instituted, being a good role model for others, errands, answering the phones on occasion, handling money and merchandise, communicating with the support team/repair team/owner on a regular basis, and anything else that comes up to ensure that the store functions properly.
SKILLS DESIRED: Though you choose your own hours, you must be available on weekends and be prepared to work important times regularly and generally ensure that you're on site front and center (leading from the front, not the shadows). You must be friendly, outgoing, and genuinely love helping people and enjoying being in an entertainment environment. A long-term mindset and commitment to grow with the company are desired. Dedication, reliability, and an eye for creatively improving things are the foundation for a good manager at The Secret Chambers. This position does not require acting, but you will be managing actors among your staff.
