Salary Range: $24 - $28 / hour DOE
Construction Office Administrator Requirements:

1+ years of construction office experience (e.g., receptionist, office manager)

2+ years of overall work experience in an office/clerical/admin role

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook)

Ability to review construction contracts and insurance certificates
-
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn ERP systems (training provided for Sage 300)

Experience with Sage 300 is preferred
Construction Office Administrator Responsibilities:

Perform office clerical tasks, including handling and coordinating mail, filing, ordering office supplies, and maintaining a clean front office space

Assist with reviewing contracts and project-related paperwork

Ensure insurance renewals are completed on time

Support new hire onboarding, including handling paperwork for approximately 2 new hires per week

Answer phone calls from employees and clients, providing excellent customer service

Organize files and submit certified payroll reports weekly

File preliminary notices and handle other administrative duties as needed
