As one of the nation's largest single-source providers of lighting and electrical products, electrical services, electrical construction, and energy management solutions, we are expanding our staff and seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join the NYC-Electric team.
The Recruiting Coordinator will ensure that all recruitment and onboarding processes, practices, compliance, technology, community resources, and tools are used to assist in promptly sourcing and onboarding quality candidates for open positions.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing field personnel promptly and following Operational Needs.
- Ensure approved high-volume recruitment processes are followed for improved time-to-fill/conversion efficiency.
- Administer potential candidates' evaluations/drug screenings, scan in appropriate credentials, input required data, and follow up on backgrounds and new hire paperwork as needed.
- An adequate number of qualified candidates are provided, identified, and processed.
- Work with recruiting/HR to develop a robust Workforce Plan and Execute it accordingly.
- Creative sourcing tactics are used every week. Media, Leads, College, Diversity, Military, and other targeted recruiting tactics are deployed.
- Assist in setting up community sources, events, and career fairs to provide hires consistently.
- Ensure FSG is utilizing our ATS and other means productively. Assist, Adjust, Implement, Train, and Maintain as needed to ensure consistency.
- Provide weekly recruitment reports from ATS and use them as a management tool to target critical accounts and recruitment efforts.
- Ensure client concerns are addressed, acted on, and improved in the proper time frame.
- Work with recruiting/HR staff to provide guidance and guidelines to ensure hiring processes are performed promptly and appropriately
- Educate and Influence using Data Analytics
Qualifications
Qualifications
- At least 3 years in a coordinator role or recruiting in construction or field positions
- Able to pass a drug/background screen.
- Electrical/Construction Experience is a plus
- Experience with ATS systems and office software needed
- Be able create relationships in order to obtain referrals
