Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients
- Manage and grow existing accounts through regular communication and exceptional customer service
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities and update customer information
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, technical sales, or outside sales
- Strong market knowledge and the ability to identify business development opportunities
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on account management
- Outstanding customer service skills with a customer-centric approach
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred
