About the position:
Must be able to interact professionally with customers on calls and emails to book appointments, take payments, answer questions and resolve issues. Service Titan experience a plus!
Main Responsibilities:
· Answer incoming calls and respond accordingly
· Assist technicians and office administrator with daily workflow (Reports, invoices, follow ups, etc.)
· Daily maintenance of alerts and customer inquiries through email
· Various administrative duties
Required Qualifications:
· 3+ years of customer service experience
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft 365
· Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
· Highly organized and detail-oriented
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to work well individually and with others

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
