As a Client Solutions Manager, your role encompasses strategic leadership, coordination, and execution of a pilot program. The program's primary focus is to provide compliance support to our strategic partners, emphasizing integrity and privacy. Within our team, everyone assumes ownership, which means overseeing program or project management. This includes meticulous tracking, monitoring project progress against deadlines and requirements, scheduling, logistical coordination, and frequent communication with team members and management. Additionally, you'll be responsible for crafting concise summaries and delivering status updates.

Your role will entail educating and supporting these partners on critical integrity and privacy requirements. Specifically, we're seeking individuals who thrive in managing complex, high-visibility relationships with key partners and excel in one-on-one communications.
Responsibilities:
- Engage in various projects and programs to enhance operations and deepen understanding of compliance requirements for third parties
- Interface directly with third parties and key strategic partners, offering personalized support on critical compliance requirements
- Understand gaps and support in determining solutions, guiding decision making conversations and then leading implementation of best solutions
- Identify gaps, propose solutions, and lead decision-making conversations, ensuring the best approaches are implemented.
- Manage deadlines, coordinate schedules, take meeting notes, and update roadmaps while tracking dependencies and progress against deadlines
- Assist business and compliance partners by researching and presenting information in response to client escalations
- Attend project-related staff meetings, lead agendas, and follow up on action items
- Provide recaps and progress updates to key stakeholders
- Work closely with policy, legal, product, engineering, data science, and dev ops teams to enhance compliance operations and delivery for partners
Typical day in the role:
- Review client/partner list with upcoming regulatory requirements
- Set up phone calls with said partners, prepare for the conversations by reviewing previous documentation regarding compliance, review speaking notes, prepare partner facing documentation
- Internal team stand up sharing progress, wins, challenges
- Review new questions from partners and work with SMEs to get answers, document for future reference and share with other Compliance support leads
Skills:
- Ability to thrive both independently and as a team player
- Previous program management, customer service experience or operations experience
- Skilled in handling complex, high-visibility relationships with third parties
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, including concise posts, longer documents, presentations, and explaining intricate requirements verbally
- Comfortable leading meetings with key strategic partners and adept at troubleshooting issues
- Ability to deliver updates effectively in large team meetings
- Familiarity with tools like Google Suite, Excel, and project management platforms such as Asana
- Any prior experience in this field would be advantageous for the role
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical, liberal arts or business-related field
- Experience managing high visibility partnerships that are complex and rewarding
- Experience in tech (preferred)
