Established Assisted Living residence is seek an experienced Administrator/ Executive Director to assume active "Hands-On" responsibility for the assisted living building operations and foster a welcoming environment for its residents and staff. Prior Assisted Living experience (ALP, ALR, EALR, SNALR a must).
Responsibilities
- Hands-on ability to facilitate and have direct involvement in daily operation
- Direct overall operational administration of the assisted living building
- Operational knowledge of New York State Department of Health Assisted living regulations to include ALP, ALP, ALR, EALR, SNALR
- Knowledge of OMIG and OSHA preferred
- Leading and directing members of an experienced team to provide quality care to seniors (Dietary, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Recreation, Case Management, Wellness, etc.)
The qualified candidate will have:
- A Hands on approach for directing building activities including: On site Business Office, Maintenance, Dietary, Housekeeping, Case Management, Activities, Wellness related.
- Prior Assisted living experience as an Administrator/ Executive Director (a must)
- Knowledge of NYS DOH Health Commerce System and related reporting
- Ability to oversee and manage all departments & staff: Dietary, Maintenance, Housekeeping, Wellness, etc.
