We are looking for Event/Catering Chefs to join our team and serve delicious food for our guests. You should be able to delegate tasks to event & kitchen staff to ensure timeline is followed and event is flawless! You should be familiar with sanitation regulations. Ultimately, you’ll deliver a complete menu, excellent event experience and overall great night for our guests!
Responsibilities
- Complete pack out with Event Manager and ensure all items arrive safely and properly
- Set up a makeshift kitchen with cooking utensils and equipment
- Prepare food in a timely manner
- Ensure appealing plate presentation, garnish, and buffet design
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area
Skills
- Proven work experience as an Event Chef
- Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment
- Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques
- Leadership skills
- Ability to remain calm and undertake multiple tasks
- Excellent time management abilities
- Familiarity with sanitation regulations
