Full Time Position – In Office/ Remote
Monday thru Friday 8:30 to 4:30
Responsibilities
Comply with all company/departmental processes and procedures to include:
- Create/maintain new community covenant oversight set ups and coordinate with Directors
- Knowledgeable with community governing documents to include CCRs, Architectural guidelines, Handbooks, Rules & Regulations
- Process notices from Community Compliance Inspections
- Track Insurance policies/Rental agreements and Unpaid dues for specific communities
- Manage/maintain internal system set ups for communities
- Maintain Community Compliance calendars/recaps/reports
- Provide training for Directors for Community Compliance
- Processes/procedures
- Assist with all areas of responsibility within the Community Compliance department
- Provide excellent customer service with homeowners
