A Fitness Equipment company is seeking a receptionist to help with daily office duties!
We service and maintain fitness clubs and apartment complexes, as well as performing installs and moves. Our company is located in Oldsmar, Florida.
Job Duties to include but are not limited to: answering phones, replying to emails, organizing and scheduling daily stops for our technicians, scheduling appointments, assisting with the parts department, collections, warranty claims and all around great customer service!
MUST have experience with speaking with customer/clients via phone and basic computer navigation and knowledge and the ability to multi-task. Experience with Quickbooks is a plus! Only serious applicants please.
