Customer Service Representative
Overview:
We are seeking a customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as a liaison between our company and its customers, providing product/service information, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of incoming phone calls
- Identify and assess customers' needs to deliver satisfactory solutions
- Generate sales leads through proactive communication
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by engaging in open and interactive dialogue
- Provide accurate and complete information using appropriate tools and methods
- Meet personal and team sales targets as well as call handling quotas
- Address customer complaints promptly, offering suitable resolutions within specified timeframes, and ensuring follow-up for resolution
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, account processing, and documentation filing
- Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies
- Demonstrate willingness to go the extra mile in engaging with customers
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer support or as a Client Service Representative is preferred
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding quotas
- Proficient in phone contact handling with active listening skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to adapt to diverse personalities
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Effective multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
