Responsibilities:
- Guide customers through a comprehensive purchasing process, adhering to established selling protocols and procedures.
- Cultivate extensive product knowledge, particularly concerning vehicle features, to provide exceptional service.
- Showcase vehicle functionality both in the showroom and during test drives.
- Facilitate seamless vehicle delivery, ensuring customers grasp operating features, warranty details, and paperwork.
- Implement an effective owner follow-up system to nurture repeat and referral business, fostering long-term client relationships.
- Develop a proactive prospecting strategy, leveraging calls and emails to secure appointments and successfully close deals.
- Regularly liaise with the Sales Manager to align on objectives, review performance, and conduct thorough analyses.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Ideally, possess 2-5 years of automotive sales and customer service experience, although not mandatory.
- Previous automotive sales background is advantageous.
- Thorough understanding of new vehicle technologies and mechanical operations.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, thriving in a collaborative team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid driver's license with a clean record.
- Exemplary professional demeanor and work ethic.
