Offer training and technical support for parents in the areas of developmental disability services and behavioral support. Act as a resource to families by supporting the development of each child’s social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical skills through guidance, observation, modeling and training.
As a BCBA, you will serve as an integral part of the center leadership:
- Provide clinical oversight to clients receiving 1:1 ABA therapy
- High clinical quality with manageable case load. Consistent emphasis on clinical quality through support and clinical decision models.
- Collaborate with families to create individualized treatment plans
- Conduct functional behavior analysis, intake and progress assessments
- Support clients and families to ensure client success
- Implement behavior acquisition and reduction procedures
- Teach adaptive life skills
- Mentor and lead teams of RBTs working 1:1 with clients
Requirements:
- Board certification as a behavior analyst (BCBA)
- Master's degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education or related field with approved behavior-analytic coursework
- Experience working with clients with developmental needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must pass a criminal background check (Livescan DOJ & FBI)
- Current TB clearance
- Located near San Luis Obispo
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Pay: From $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
