- Operate ice cream machines and equipment
- Follow recipes and instructions to ensure consistency and quality
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Preferred:
- Food preparation: Knowledge of food handling, food safety, and proper sanitation practices in a kitchen or food production setting
- Customer service: Ability to provide friendly and efficient service to customers, handle inquiries, and resolve any issues or complaints
- Catering: Experience in catering events or parties, including setting up displays, serving guests, and managing food stations
- Kitchen experience: Previous experience working in a kitchen environment, following recipes, and using kitchen equipment
- Food safety: Adherence to food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the safety of customers and maintain cleanliness standards
-Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining quality standards
-Ability to lift 25 lbs minimum throughout shift
