Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and handling patient inquiries efficiently and professionally
- Creating and managing patient appointments
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring patient satisfaction
- Responding to patients via text or other communication platforms
- Working effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth office operations
- Managing referrals and ensuring accurate and timely processing
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a referral coordinator in a pediatric setting
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Team player mentality with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
